Cridlands Barn B&B provides friendly Bed & Breakfast accommodation in Brompton Ralph on the edge of Exmoor.  It is our family home, with two guest rooms on the upper floor. Of our two guest rooms, one is a twin room, the other a double room, both with their own sitting area, giving you your own space.  Each room has its own bathroom/shower. The double room has cot or children’s bunks available, so we can accommodate a whole family. The house is child friendly. We are able to provide special diets, but if you need these please let us know in advance.  Located in Brompton Ralph on the edge of the Exmoor National Park, and in easy reach of the Quantocks Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers a wide range of walks through varied countryside.

Cridlands Barn Bed & Breakfast provides good and quick access to Exmoor (Dunkery Beacon 13 miles) and the Quantock Hills (6 miles). Sailing at Wimbleball Lake (8 miles). Sea at Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay. Riding at Horner Wood, Exmoor. West Somerset Railway at Minehead and Bishops Lydeard (and points between). Historic sites at Dunster (castle; and medieval village), Cleeve Abbey (ruins), and many more.  Classic sites such as Tarr Steps, Lynton and Lynmouth and the Lorna Doone valley are an easy day excursion. This is wonderful country for walking, touring, bird-watching, or just enjoying the peace and quiet. We have information about local walks, and can, by arrangement offer accompanied walks.

Brompton Ralph is a secluded village 4 miles north of Wiveliscombe on the Southern face of the Brendon Hills, yet within easy reach of Taunton and the M5.
